Anyone care to guess how this works?

While in Hot Springs for the Music Festival, we drove by a “gentleman’s club” that had the following displayed out front:
I was not bold enough to go in to find out how it worked.

It’s like regular karaoke, but for people who’ve been doing pole dancing workouts and want to show off their mad skillz.
