What a great success! On behalf of Scott and Ed, thanks to all for attending…we had over 100 people all to d! The folks at Star of Hope were very grateful for the food and drinks we did not consume.
Next year, we’re contemplating a fish fry, which will, of course, necessitate going offshore fishing the week before. Anybody up for going out on a party boat, let us know!

Libby, my new neighbor, gave me her spare copy of David McCullough’s biography of John Adams. Haven’t had a chance to get too far into it, but have already come across two quotes that I have added to my quotes page:
