The lawsuits over Vioxx have already started, and, as usual, Beaumont leads the way. Here’s the story from the Enterprise. I love the first sentence:

And she suffered a stroke. I am terribly sorry for her condition, and my prayers are with her and her family, but maybe, just maybe, might the fact that SHE WAS 91 YEARS OLD have something to do with her stroke?
