Constitutional Amendments on the Ballot

Shari asked me if I would blog about the propositions coming up for a vote on November 8. I am flattered that she would ask me to do so, and am happy to oblige. I will try to do so by putting the ballot language, a link to the full legislation, and my gut reaction above the fold, with the various arguments pro & con from the guides I list here and my take on it below.
